The classic barbell lifts---squat, bench press, deadlift, overhead press, and closely related variations---have formed the cornerstone of strength training and muscle building programs for some of the strongest athletes on the planet for decades. Yet performing them can be intimidating to many.

STRENGTH class takes the confusion out of weight training by teaching you how to perform these movements safely and efficiently. The strength you build will help you perform life’s basic functions---rising from a chair, descending a staircase, or lifting a heavy box---with renewed confidence. The change in body composition you’ll experience---more muscle and less bodyfat---means you’ll look and feel great.

More fun than any fitness class and more effective than traditional “cardio” classes at your local gym, our CONDITIONING class is a total body workout that supports you to gain a strong, lean body. You never know what you are walking into; barbells, kettlebells, plyometrics, TRX, battling ropes, medicine balls… you name it! 

We want to keep you guessing and challenge you differently in every class. Prepare to maximize your caloric expenditure, drop body fat, gain flexibility and agility, and increase strength using both resistance and cardio in a fun and effective workout format. Designed for all fitness levels and all ages, classes are performed in a safe and non-intimidating atmosphere.
