Christina and Chuck are awesome coaches and make it fun to work out at what I fondly refer to as the "torture chamber." I've been training with Christina once a week, and it's improved my overall strength and my tennis game. She always brings new and different exercises for me to try, while keeping in mind my 75-year-young body.

I get a great workout with hands-on coaching to ensure I'm lifting with safe and effective form, and I never have to worry about big egos. I highly recommend it.

We started our weight loss journey on our own and made significant progress. We wanted to keep the momentum going, so we came to Kris and Chuck to add in twice-weekly strength training. We're still slowly and safely losing weight while also putting on muscle and getting stronger. We look and feel great!
