What We Do

We help beginners of all ages and athletic abilities experience the many benefits of strength training in a safe and supportive environment using primarily barbells and kettlebells.

Who It's For

Although our main focus is on beginners, strength is for anyone and everyone. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, a weekend warrior, or someone who has never touched a weight, CSC is here to help you meet your goals.

How It Works

In about three hours a week total training time, we help our clients achieve measurable improvement in strength, mobility, and body composition by having them follow a simple and adaptable program of compound lifts, conditioning, and repeatable meal planning.

Why We're Different

We don’t believe in quick fixes, and we aren’t here to try to sell you one. The truth most trainers don’t want you to know is that real change takes sustained effort. There’s no miracle program or weight loss supplement that will get you there faster. You simply have to put in the work.
